Log into your PAC account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit your request.
Pack Securely
Place the unused products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
